Meet Your New Educational Services Center where IEP Goals and Other Special Needs related services are fulfilled.
First, either we test your grade level, or a parent present an IEP, then we offer services in those areas through Certificated Professionals required.

Excelsior Link is able to provide in-home or in library educational services to SPED students.

In the comfort of your own home or local library, you can have services, with the option of 100% online or on a hybrid basis. You Choose which is best for you with flexibility to change schedule month to month, if times are available.

Excelsior Link LLC is a Small Business Certified company. Open 6 days a week, offering 3 options for services: in home, in the library, and online. We are local and familiar with the school district's curriculum.
About Us
We are an in-home Special education Services facility located within the Inland Empire area. Excelsior Link offers educational services by certificated professionals. We promote a standardized professional service environment run by a special education teacher and member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA & Temecula Chamber of Commerce). All tutoring is scheduled by appointment only.
Maybe sometimes school is not enough, and a little Individual Specialized services are needed. If so, call Us.
